DIRECTOR, Meriel O’Sullivan

Meriel is a highly experienced leadership consultant, working in the areas of people, culture and change. Meriel has extensive experience in the management of complex ER and HR issues, and the design and implementation of HR policies and processes. She supports leaders, HR professionals and teams to transform culture, conflict and performance.

Meriel has a deep and contemporary understanding of dispute resolution [DR] principles and practice. Meriel has extensive experience
in implementing a range of DR practices, including conflict coaching, mediation, facilitation and restorative engagement. Meriel also undertakes workplace investigations and culture reviews, and advises organisations on the management of complaints and grievances.  

Meriel has an active interest in governance, both as an experienced Non-Executive Director and through her work with Boards and organisations in the application of good governance principles.
